Return Policy
How Do I Return My Order?
We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a refund. Our bikes are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may return your purchase within 60 days of receipt. To return an item:
Please email service@roadbikeoutlet.com and include your original order number, what bike you are returning, and your name. We will issue an RMA #. NOTE: Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA #.
The bike must be returned in new condition and in the original box. If the bike has been used (worn tires and/or tool marks) a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided.
Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling.
What If My Bike Arrives Damaged?
Our bikes are specifically packaged to withstand shipping. If your bike arrives and looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will work with UPS on your behalf and make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacement parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. We must received notification of damage within 7 days, so please notify us immediately.
