I am a certified spinning instructor and teach hour long classes. I bought these initially because of the price, deciding to give them a try. Although I was somewhat skeptical that such a low cost cycling shoe would perform the wanted, I can gladly say that these shoes are fabulous!!! They are comfortable and high quality, great support that allows for strong, even pedal strokes. I have not encountered a shoe for this quality for this price ever. I'm so glad I made this purchase. I have had these shoes for 1 year now, and the have held up great. They have a lot of life in them still! I ride around 100 miles a week, and I have no issues with my feet. Very comfortable. These shoes are fantastic! The price is great and I had a small issue with attaching the cleats, I called the customer service and they walked me through it thoroughly. I've had a few crashes and while my expensive pedals got all scratched up, these shoes don't have a mark on them! Gavin might not be a "brand name" like shimano or mavic, but these shoes have lasted longer than "brand name" equipment that I've had. These are definitely worth buying. (Posted on 8/13/11)
