We have such confidence in the bikes we sell that we guarantee your satisfaction – 100% of the time.
If you are not satisfied with your bike you may send it back within 60 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Bike must be returned unused, bikes returned with worn tires and/or tool marks are subject to a restocking fee.
