We ship orders every business day. Orders placed by 10:00am (EST) ship that day M-F. Orders placed on weekends (and holidays) ship the next business day.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground

All bikes shipments are insured through UPS

All bikes with a value over $1000 will be shipped signature required.

All orders with a high fraud score will be shipped signature required. You will be notified by our billing department.

International Shipping:

Canada $69

Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard Canada and take between 5 and 14 days to arrive. The customer is responsible for all brokerage and customs fees

Puerto Rico $150

Orders to Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS International and take between 5 and 14 days to arrive. The customer is responsible for all brokerage and customs fees

UK & Germany $349

Orders to the UK and Germany ship via DHL or FedEX (customer can not specify carrier) and take between 5 and 14 days to arrive. The customer is responsible for all brokerage and customs fees
