We have such confidence in the bikes and products we sell that we guarantee your satisfaction – 100% of the time.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly refund the cost of the item. Third party shipping fees cannot be reimbursed, so please reach out if you would like assistance purchasing a lower cost return label.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition or are subject to a restocking fee. For example, bikes returned with worn tires and/or tool marks are subject to a restocking fee as are paddleboards that are returned showing signs of use.
